It is always a good idea to update passwords regularly. 

If you are concerned your account has been compromised, please submit a support ticket and label it as "urgent". 

How to change your details

Step 1: Go to My Account

• Click on the avatar in the top-right of the workspace.
• Select My Account from the drop-down menu

Step 2: Change your details

• Clicking Update Profile will open a dialogue box where you can change your name and analytics options.
• Clicking Change Email will open up a dialogue box where you can change your email address by entering in your password.
• Clicking Change Password will open up a dialogue box which will enable you to enter a new password. You will need to enter this twice, and you will also need to enter your current password.
