If you are concerned your account has been compromised, please submit a support ticket and label it as "urgent". 

How to reset a forgotten password

Step 1: Go to the sign in screen

• The sign in screen is where you would normally log into Earth Blox.
• You can reach the sign in screen at https://app.earthblox.io/

Step 2: Enter your email address

• Enter your email address in the field.
• Use the email for which you are registered to use Earth Blox.

Step 3: Click on Forgot your password?

• This will open a page that asks for your password.  
• Then click FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? 
• Re-enter your email address to confirm.
• This will send you an email with a link to instructions on how to reset your password.
• If you haven't received the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
• If the email is not in your spam folder, then please contact the Earth Blox team by submitting a support ticket above.

Step 4: Choose a new password

• Follow the link in your email and choose a new password
• Now return to the sign in page and you will be able to log in successfully.
