Publish your projects as a team template for any user in your organisation to use. Template workflows allow anyone in an organisation to open, run, and make changes to a workflow without changing the original version.

Unpublishing a team template workflow
You, or an Admin user can unpublish a team template that you have created by selecting ‘Unpublish as team template’ from the project menu either from the Project page or the Project workspace.
