Creating a team package

You can create a team package to bundle up template workflows that are needed for a single task or process, and share this with your team.

A template workflow can be used in multiple packages.

Only admin users are able to create, edit, or delete packages

Creating a new team package

Go to the Explore page in Earth Blox, and select ‘New package’ 

Add a name and a description (optional) for your package.

Choose the template workflows to include in your package by checking the box in the top left corner of the template workflow. You can choose to include Team template workflows and/or Earth Blox template workflows.

Select ‘Add templates’ to finish creating your package. 

Adding or changing template workflows

Change which template workflows appear in the package by selecting the packages menu. Unselect any that you want to remove, and select any new ones that you want to add.

You can also add template workflows to a package from the projects menu. Select ‘Add to package’ and choose the package in the dropdown.

Viewing a team package

Once you have created a team package, you can find it on the Explore page under the packages tab. Use the menu next to the search bar to see only team packages.

Deleting a team package

To delete a team package, select ‘Delete’ from the Package menu. 

Deleting a team package does not delete the template workflows that it contains.

Only the Admin user who created the package can delete it.
